You will manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination while serving as the final quality checkpoint for copy and regulatory compliance. The hybrid role blends project management with meticulous proofreading of drug facts, labeling, and marketing claims to ensure accuracy before production.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of packaging project management experience.
• Demonstrated proofreading proficiency with dense regulatory copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines with vendors.
• Experience reviewing design proofs and press-ready files; PDF/InDesign skills preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design projects from brief through final press-ready files.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external vendors on timelines and budgets.
• Serve as primary contact between R&D, Regulatory Affairs and print vendors.
• Proofread drug facts, ingredients, net weight, UPC, and claims against source docs.
• Maintain project tracking and flag items at risk of missing deadlines.
• Coordinate proof rounds and approve press-ready files.
• Maintain packaging style guides and version-control documentation.
