JP2 Logistics Inc is hiring Delivery Drivers for local package delivery routes in Everett and Mukilteo. We value reliable, safety-focused team players who show up and work hard. Prior driving or physical work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to employer-paid drug test and DOT medical exam.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong time management and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the Everett, WA area is a plus.
• Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps.

Responsibilities

• Load, organize, and transport packages for daily delivery routes in Everett and Mukilteo, WA area.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery to residential and commercial customers.
• Scan and confirm deliveries using handheld devices or delivery apps.
• Maintain a safe driving record in compliance with traffic laws.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding status or issues.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicles.

Pay & Benefits

• $23 – $27/hour pay set based on performance.
• Paid training period
• $1,500 Evaluation Bonus (Paid out in halves $750 at 60 days – $750 Mid Jan)
• Performance-based Christmas Bonus
• Performance pay increases evaluated quickly

Schedule & Hours

Start at 8:00 AM and work until deliveries are complete.

Full-Time: Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu, or Wed-Sun. Part-Time: 2-4 days/week with 1 weekend day required. Operations run Monday-Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Load, organize, and transport packages for daily delivery routes in Everett and Mukilteo, WA area
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers
• Scan and confirm package deliveries using handheld devices or delivery apps
• Maintain a safe and professional driving record in compliance with traffic laws
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicle before and after shifts
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transport and delivery

Requirements:

• Must be 21+
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid drug test and DOT medical exam
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the Everett, WA area and surrounding communities is a plus
• Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery confirmation apps
• Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience preferred but not required
