Job summary

JP2 Logistics Inc is hiring Delivery Drivers for local package delivery routes in Everett and Mukilteo, WA. We seek reliable, safety-focused individuals who take pride in showing up and working as part of a dependable team. Prior driving experience is welcome, CDL not required.

Expect 8:00 AM starts with varied full-time or part-time schedules, biweekly pay, and benefits including sick time and a company vehicle with uniform. Training is paid, and bonuses are offered for performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to employer-paid drug test and DOT medical exam.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Everett, WA area and surrounding communities is a plus.
• Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery confirmation apps.
• Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, organize, and transport packages for daily delivery routes in Everett and Mukilteo, WA area.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers.
• Scan and confirm package deliveries using handheld devices or delivery apps.
• Maintain a safe and professional driving record in compliance with traffic laws.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicle before and after shifts.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transport and delivery.

About the Role:

Pay & Benefits

• $23 – $27/hour pay set based on performance.
• Paid training period
• $1,500 Evaluation Bonus (Paid out in halves $750 at 60 days – $750 Mid Jan)

Schedule & Hours

Start at 8:00 AM and work until deliveries are complete.

Full-Time: Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu, or Wed-Sun. Part-Time: 2-4 days/week with 1 weekend day required. Operations run Monday-Sunday.
