JM Parcel Service LLC (JMPS) is hiring Delivery Drivers in Massachusetts, Wilmington, on a permanent full-time basis. The role offers $23.00 per hour, a company-provided vehicle, and no CDL is required.

Expect to work independently delivering packages to customers, with shifts starting around 11am and lasting 8–10 hours daily, seven days a week. The employer promotes competitive compensation and benefits including paid time off, overtime, paid training, a company-issued uniform, health insurance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• All drivers must wear a full company-issued uniform each workday as a mandatory condition of employment.
• Full-time drivers must work a Saturday or Sunday of each work week as a condition of employment.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time.
• Follow assigned delivery routes using a handheld device and navigation.
• Load and unload packages.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
