Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to monitor daily package center operations and oversee outbound parcel processing. You will supervise part-time supervisors, administrative staff, loaders and sorters, ensuring timely departures and safety compliance.

This role requires lifting ability, flexibility for diverse shifts, and strong communication in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will also generate reports and coordinate with teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or permanent resident authorization.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily package center operations and outbound parcel processing.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and manage sorting/loading tasks.
• Supervise part-time supervisors and staff including loaders and sorters.
• Conduct risk management and safety compliance audits.
• Provide feedback and support; develop performance plans.
• Generate customized reports and interpret data to plan work.
