Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent
• Capable of lifting 70 lbs./32 kg and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Ensures implementation and maintenance of a Comprehensive Health and Safety plan.
• Conducts risk management and safety compliance audits.
• Maintains employee safety training and certifications.
• Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans.
• Provides feedback and support.
• Conducts performance evaluations and resolves issues.
• Supports a collaborative work environment through communication and relationship building.
• Applies knowledge of company structure and operations to resolve problems and achieve objectives.
• Coaches and develops others using career development tools.
• Generates customized reports and interprets data from databases.
• Plans and completes work with attention to detail.
• Performs routine inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
