Job summary

UPS is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in our warehouse operations. This role develops and trains workgroups, maintains high standards for accuracy and customer service, and fosters cross-functional cooperation across the site.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and proven management experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 70 lbs, and adapt to flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience preferred.

• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
