A global distribution company is seeking a hard-working individual to assist in the daily operations of their facility in Glendive, Montana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, sorting mail, controlling call tags, and inputting timecards. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team are essential. The position involves a 12-month contract with shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, offering a pay rate of $11.60 per hour.

Qualifications

Must have strong organizational skills.

High School degree or equivalent required.

Job Description

The primary duties of this position include but are not limited to answering phones, sorting mail, distributing, controlling and/or decontrolling call tags, one-time pickups, driver follow-up and correspondence, inputting timecards and preparing address corrections.

Other duties may include uploading and/or downloading information into a handheld inventory device and coordinating equipment control. Other general center responsibilities may vary depending on the needs of the center
