Responsibilities include cleaning parts, applying lubricants, inspecting for defects, labeling and packaging, operating shop equipment, and assisting with inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary or trades/technical education preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and shop math competencies.
• Strong ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and communicate effectively with coworkers, suppliers, and plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Clean parts by bath, wiping or scraping.
• Apply lubricant by injection, bath or hand application.
• Inspect for defects such as cracks, bad plating, damage or irregularities.
• Ensure correct part number; assemble packaging and label properly.
• Install press fit or threaded fittings into parts.
• Assemble linkages and check print conformity.
• Operate machines including aqueous washer, de-magnetizer and greaser.
• Take stock finished goods cage; assist with real-time inventory.
• Perform inkjet marking duties.
