Qualifications

Join FRSTeam of the Ark‑La‑Tex as a Pack Out Technician, where you will play a crucial role in helping clients restore their homes and businesses after disasters.

We specialize in restoring textiles, clothing, and fabric items that have been damaged by fire, smoke, water, and natural disasters. As a Pack Out Technician, you’ll play a key role in handling, packing, and transporting affected items with care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inventory assessments of items to be packed out and restored.
• Carefully pack, label, and transport items to our facility for cleaning and restoration.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met during the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the unpacking and setting up of items once restoration is complete.
• Document all items and processes accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in restoration techniques.
• Work on-site at homes & businesses affected by disasters.
• Assist in handling of delicate items for professional cleaning & restoration.
• No experience? No problem! We provide full training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restoration or moving preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle items with care.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding conditions.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
