1-800 Water Damage is seeking a dependable Pack-Out Technician to assist with removal, inventory, protection, transport, and return of personal contents from properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.

This is a hands-on, physical role that supports customers by safeguarding belongings during the restoration process and working closely with mitigation teams to ensure careful handling and timely service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in damaged or construction-type environments.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

This is a hands-on, physical position that plays a critical role in helping customers protect their belongings during the restoration process.

• Carefully pack, label, inventory, and document customer contents
• Load and unload contents for transport to and from secure storage
• Wrap, protect, and stage furniture and personal items on-site
• Maintain accurate inventory records and photos
• Work closely with mitigation and restoration crews
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
• Interact professionally and compassionately with customers during stressful situations

Requirements
