You will assist with the removal, inventory, protection, transport, and return of personal contents affected by water, fire, or mold damage. This hands-on role entails careful packing, maintaining inventory records, and interacting professionally with customers. About The Role

This is a hands-on, physical position that plays a critical role in helping customers protect their belongings during the restoration process.

• Carefully pack, label, inventory, and document customer contents
• Load and unload contents for transport to and from secure storage
• Wrap, protect, and stage furniture and personal items on-site
• Maintain accurate inventory records and photos

Requirements

Preferred (but Not Required)

• IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain)
