Fresh & Ready Food Group in Lenexa, KS is hiring for a full-time Pack Out Supervisor. This role will supervise warehouse staff, ensure efficient packing operations, and maintain cold environment protocols.

• Evaluate multiple options to achieve revenue goals.
• Provide thorough and accurate packed load dispatch and monitoring.
• Utilize tools to achieve revenue goals (packing per hour, per work shift).
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with all Company procedures and policies.
