Responsibilities

• Perform machine set up and changeovers.
• Operate equipment and meet production goals; communicate with Shift Manager.
• Basic troubleshooting of the equipment.
• Ensure safe operation and report safety issues.
• Instruct teammates on safe operation.
• Follow production schedule and SOP.
• Review work orders and report discrepancies.
• Label and package finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with BOM.
• Support safety and 5S initiatives.
• Move team members to balance line.
• Adhere to Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
