Manufacturing/warehouse locations include Watertown, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Broadview, IL, Elgin, IL, Machesney Park, IL, and Iron Ridge, WI. We serve major OEMs and their tier suppliers directly and through distribution channels in the industrial market. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Start machines and perform daily checks to detect malfunctions.

2. Fill, mark, label, band, and package containers.

3. Make minor adjustments as required and remove damaged product containers.

4. Troubleshoot and report any machinery malfunctions to supervisor and maintenance.

5. Inspect filled containers to ensure packaging meets customer specifications.

6. Feed product to dumpers and hoppers as needed.

7. Create customer labels using computer and verify correct carton packing.

8. Print labels and affix to containers to ensure lot control.

9. Follow all safety rules and policies.

10. Ensure compliance with Quality System Policies and Customer Requirements.

11. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

• Experience operating machinery.

• Knowledge of basic computer operations.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Forklift experience required.

• Ability to perform basic math operations and compute ratios and percentages.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to complete routine production and quality reports.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Understanding and compliance with safety regulations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation Information:

$21.80 - $29.40
