Responsibilities

• Safely operate machines in the Ready-to-Eat (RTE) department to meet production expectations.
• Assist with the direction of employees working on the line.
• Properly set up the machine to operate safely and efficiently.
• Clean the machine at the end of each shift.
• Assist with paperwork as needed.
• Perform daily safety inspections (guards, e-stop, etc.).
• Correct equipment errors (film jams, error codes, etc.) following safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally push and pull items over 50 pounds.
• Repeatedly grip and grasp small objects.
• Work in a cold, damp environment.
• Stand for 4 or more hours at a time.
