Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in San Francisco seeks a Pacific West Program Manager for Global Real Estate to lead end-to-end GRE projects region-wide, coordinate stakeholders, and drive initiatives on time and within budget.

You will set regional strategy, manage KPIs, governance, and risk, and travel to portfolio sites as needed; strong communication and executive-level reporting are essential.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in real estate, workplace, construction/project delivery, or related experience.
  • Proven ownership of a regional portfolio/program with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate/property KPIs, occupancy standards, and applying metrics in day-to-day execution and reporting.
  • Proficient in executive-ready deliverables and project governance materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, briefs), with strong command of documentation/status tools (e.g., PM Web) and approved AI tools to accelerate drafting and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, drive process improvement, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Comfortable engaging a wide range of internal partners and managing escalations to timely resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving and sound judgment in dynamic environments; able to navigate ambiguity and unblock issues quickly.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and time management skills; able to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver across multiple concurrent workstreams on tight timelines.
  • Willingness to travel routinely to portfolio sites for oversight and client engagement; able to support after-hours/on-call needs as required for urgent property, client, and critical move/project activities.

  • Own regional operating cadence and reporting (KPIs, milestones, seat supply, financials/chargebacks, risk) to support decisioning.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across GRE and business partners to accelerate decisions and mitigate delivery and operational risk.
  • Ensure strong controls (approvals, cost centers, system-of-record accuracy including Building360/TriRiga) and executive-ready communications.

Job description

Global Real Estate is organized to efficiently partner with each line of business to provide global functional expertise with local implementation and manage the firm's real estate assets & investments.

As the Pacific West Program Manager on the Global Real Estate (GRE) team, you will serve as the primary line-of-business (LOB) point of contact for all real estate-related initiatives and project activities across your region. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional GRE projects and shape real estate strategies across your portfolio. You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating and aligning key stakeholders, and ensuring that regional administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role reports to the Regional Real Estate Manager.

San Francisco/Los Angeles -based role with regional travel; provide ongoing project-related coverage in market; escalation for urgent property needs
