Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Readiness Training and Exercise Lead to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services program in Hawai'i. This role serves as the program's senior authority on readiness, training, and exercise activities, ensuring USPACOM and component command forces are prepared to execute logistics and sustainment operations across the Pacific theater.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 13+ years.
• Extensive experience planning, executing, and assessing training and exercise programs in DoD or similar
• Working knowledge of DoD contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations
• Experience evaluating concepts of operations, policy, and doctrine to support readiness
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
• Active TS clearance with eligibility for SCI access prior to start

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs, initiatives, and projects supporting readiness, training, and exercises under the task order.
• Lead and manage strategic and operational readiness requirements across the program.
• Provide expertise in analysis of training and exercise activities within the Information Advantage community.
• Evaluate concepts of operations, strategic plans, and regulations to support mission effectiveness.
• Coordinate and provide training services for demonstrations, exercises, and mission training.
• Serve as the program's senior training and exercise SME for guidance to teams across ILS2 areas.
• Represent the ILS2 program in planning forums with USPACOM and component commands.
