Job summary

Parametrix, Inc. is seeking a Regional Division Manager to lead a multidisciplinary water/wastewater team across Washington, Oregon, and Northern Idaho.

The role blends people leadership, client engagement, and hands-on project delivery, guiding a team of 75+ professionals in conveyance, treatment, electrical, and pump stations for public and private clients. You will shape regional strategies, nurture client relationships, and contribute to program growth while reporting to senior leadership in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (WA and/or OR preferred, or ability to obtain).
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure (treatment, conveyance, pump stations).
• Track record in client engagement and business development; Pacific Northwest network preferred.
• Experience leading projects and teams in a consulting environment; strong communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed regional team (Puyallup, Seattle, Spokane, Portland) to meet strategic goals.
• Set expectations, track metrics, and drive accountability while developing leaders.
• Cultivate client relationships and pursue new opportunities for growth.
• Oversee project performance, ensuring quality, schedule, and financial success.
• Collaborate with leadership to align regional strategies with organizational goals.
