Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks a Regional Medical Director to support hospitals in the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon, Washington, and Alaska locations. The role focuses on mentorship, collaboration, and strategic leadership for strong medical quality.

You will travel 3-4 days/week to on-site hospitals while working from a home office, with live in Seattle or Portland areas preferred to access regional sites.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Current state licensure in good standing to practice.
• Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals is required.
• Hospital ownership or Lead Veterinarian experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor veterinarians across the region to strengthen medical, surgical, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to share best practices and resources.
• Recruit and onboard veterinarians to support regional growth.
• Partner with operations leadership to align medical initiatives with hospital success.
