Job summary

Forms+Surfaces designs and manufactures architectural products for major projects in the Pacific Northwest. The Business Development Manager leads growth by influencing projects early in design, navigating complexity, and carrying opportunities from concept to realization.

This role operates at the intersection of design, construction, and manufacturing, building relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, and contractors while shaping specifications and delivering

Qualifications

Architecture or interior design experience relevant to project delivery.
Construction or project management exposure within design/construction.
Experience selling or specifying architectural systems/products.

Responsibilities

Build and influence relationships with architects, interior designers, owners and contractors.
Position systems early in design processes to shape specifications.
Navigate multi-phase projects through design, budgeting, VE and execution.
Translate design intent into manufacturable, high-performance solutions.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams for delivery.
Develop understanding of regional market dynamics in large interiors.
