Job summary

Versar invites a Digital Innovation Posture Coordinator to join our DI unit in supporting DoD and federal missions across the Philippines, South Pacific, and INDOPACOM regions. You will translate posture requirements into executable digital solutions, coordinate real estate, permitting, and access, and work with multiple stakeholders to accelerate mission readiness.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience supporting DoD, joint service, expeditionary engineering, or related fields.
Experience coordinating mission support and infrastructure in geopolitically sensitive environments.
Ability to translate complex requirements into executable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, design, and execution of mission-critical infrastructure across the Pacific region.
Act as owner’s representative and technical adviser translating requirements into strategies and digital tooling.
Support site access, real estate coordination, permitting, and stakeholder engagement.
Travel to the Philippines, South Pacific, and other regional locations up to 25% of time.
Develop repeatable digital workflows, dashboards, and data standards for readiness.
