Versar Global Solutions seeks a Host-Nation Engagement & Integration Director to coordinate mission-critical planning and execution across the USINDOPACOM AOR. This full-time, remote-ready role reports to the Senior Vice President of Digital Innovations and demands extensive DoD experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and demonstrated ability to manage complex coordination across host nations.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive DoD/ logistics/ planning experience.
• Experience coordinating in Pacific region or geopolitically sensitive environments.
• Experience with risk identification and mitigation related to access, real estate, permitting, and host-nation coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-support in dynamic field environments.
• Familiarity with project management and planning tools.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent efforts with clear communication and documentation.
• Ability to develop innovative processes and digital solutions.
• Team player with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the Pacific region.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Serve as Host-Nation Engagement & Integration Director across the USINDOPACOM AOR.
• Assist Program Managers in preparing for and mitigating challenges affecting project delivery.
• Support advanced planning including site access, land-use, real estate, and permitting pathways.
• Coordinate with DoD stakeholders, joint service representatives, and host-nation partners.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for mission timelines, cost, access, or agility.
• Capture field insights to inform improved planning and digital workflows.
• Travel to logistically constrained and austere locations in the Pacific region.
• Maintain accurate documentation, coordination trackers, permit status, and progress updates.
