Job summary

Midland Care Connection helps older adults stay independent at home and coordinates a PACE program across northeast Kansas. The Transportation Specialist | Team Lead guides daily routes, oversees staff, and ensures safe, respectful service for participants in all transport sessions.

You will coach team members, coordinate with the care team, enforce safety standards, and support onboarding and training while maintaining reliable transportation operations for the program.

Qualifications

• Valid KS or MO driver’s license and ability to obtain one if needed.
• Current automobile liability insurance and clean driving record.
• Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Physical ability to assist participants, including transfers and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation operations for the PACE program and coordinate daily routes.
• Supervise and coach transportation staff; handle onboarding and training.
• Ensure safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance during trips.
• Collaborate with the care team to address participant needs and schedule changes.

Skills
