Job summary

The role supervises staff, coordinates coverage, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to maintain regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have LVN licensure, ACLS, and minimum nursing experience; bilingual is a plus; the position is exempt and on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; LVN license is required.
• ACLS certification required; IV certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; 1 year supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred; strong leadership and supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff and coordinate patient care in the PACE center.
• Oversee scheduling, med pass, and QA activities; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and site leadership to maintain service delivery quality.
• Manage LDV/MA coverage and ensure safe, effective patient flow and documentation.
• Participate in budget planning and performance improvement initiatives.
