Golden Valley Health Centers is seeking a PACE Dietary Aide to support daily nutrition services at the Stockton Center. Under supervision, you will assist in meals, service delivery, and inventory, ensuring dietary orders are followed and sanitation is maintained.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ServSafe, and BLS CPR. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, at the Stockton location with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification required within first 30 days of employment.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• General knowledge of nutrition.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day operations of dietary/meal services.
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages with portion control and sanitation.
• Deliver meals to PACE participants and set up meal trays per dietary orders.
• Ensure participants are served according to diet and preferences.
• Maintain kitchen, dietary equipment, and dining areas clean and sanitary.
• Complete daily kitchen/dietary logs and test trays.
• Store and rotate food with FIFO and proper labeling.
• Monitor equipment temperature and report faults as needed.
