Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers seeks a Nutrition Services Supervisor for the Central Valley PACE Merced Center. You will lead the nutrition services team, oversee assessments, planning and education, and ensure quality standards within a 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday schedule.

Role requires a Nutrition degree, California CDR registration, BLS CPR, and at least one year in nutrition settings; Spanish bilingualism is highly preferred for community outreach and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from an ADA-accredited program.
• Registered with CDR in California.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum one year health-related job experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish (oral and written) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and clinical support to the nutrition services team.
• Develop and implement nutrition service standards and procedures.
• Interview and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance.
• Perform nutritional assessments and reassessments as indicated.
• Educate participants, caregivers, staff, and community on nutrition.
