Job summary

Empath Health's PACE program in Pinellas Park, FL seeks a compassionate Center Manager to lead day center staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care for seniors. Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 5–7 years in management in high-volume healthcare.
• 2–3 years progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Florida professional license (RN/Social Work/Therapy) preferred.
• Knowledge of older adult needs and geriatric care.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Competency assessments on hire and annually.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with insurance and reliable transportation.
• Experience in quality/compliance or managed care/capitated programs.
• Background in Nursing, Social Work, Therapy, Dietetics, Gerontology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day center staff, CNAs, and other assigned team members.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, family meetings, and participant support services.
• Manage staff hiring, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to oversee budgets, compliance, and operational standards.
• Act as liaison between PACE disciplines, departments, external providers, and families.
