Job summary

PACE Center Manager at Empath Health seeks a compassionate leader to oversee day center staff, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care planning in Pinellas Park, FL. You will manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and performance, while partnering with leadership on budgets and compliance to ensure high-quality, comprehensive care for older adults.

The role requires a minimum associate degree with 5–7 years in healthcare management and 2–3 years in progressive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree with 5–7 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
• 2–3 years of progressive leadership experience required.
• Florida professional license (RN, Social Work, Therapy, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of the physical, mental, and social needs of older adults.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day center staff, CNAs, and other assigned team members.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, family meetings, and participant support services.
• Manage staff hiring, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to oversee budgets, compliance, and operational standards.
• Act as liaison between PACE disciplines, departments, external providers, and families.
