Job summary

Porsche Approved Collision Center (PACC) Program Coordinator administers a high-impact certification program involving PCNA colleagues, Porsche Centers, body shops, audit vendors, and Porsche Germany. The role requires technical, operational, and business competency to ensure program compliance and strategic investments.

Responsibilities include strategy design, vendor management, audits, billing oversight, and monthly metrics reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience in project or program management.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing technical programs or projects with measurable operational, financial, or compliance impact.
  • Automotive collision industry experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel advanced functions and programming.
  • Strong judgment, analytical capability, and attention to detail when evaluating compliance issues, vendor proposals, financial implications, and program risks.
  • High level of communication skills across a broad spectrum of stakeholder demographics, including the ability to explain standards, decisions, and financial implications clearly.
  • PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with Porsche Centers and Aftersales Management on PACC strategies
  • Design strategies and protocols for the program based on analysis of program metrics, business impact, and compliance risk
  • Administer the body shop sponsorship process and provide guidance on decisions that may require substantial financial investment, including: Major equipment and tool purchases; Personnel and training requirements; Minimum facility requirements; Restricted parts process; Repair standards; Porsche information systems access and use
  • Enforce program compliance with Approved Collision Center standards through annual compliance audits and consistent application of certification requirements
  • Oversee rectification of audit discrepancies of each repair shop with the auditing vendor and sponsoring Porsche Center
  • Enforce program standards in cases of non-compliance, including recommendations that may result in suspension or termination of certification
  • Manage the audit vendor to maintain program integrity, service quality, and appropriate use of program resources
  • Develop scopes of work for vendor bids; analyze proposals, assess cost and value, and provide informed recommendations
  • Manage accurate billing for 180+ Porsche Centers and support attainment of budget requirements through disciplined financial oversight
  • Report on program metrics monthly and identify trends that may affect compliance, cost, certification status, or program strategy
  • Conduct periodic unscheduled visits to collect feedback on the program and evaluate impact of PACC standards
  • Liaise with Porsche Germany on US certification policy, structure and administration in the scope of Porsche’s global certification goals
  • All other duties as assigned

Position Overview

The Porsche Approved Collision Center (PACC) Program Coordinator administers a high-impact certification program involving PCNA colleagues, Porsche Centers, body shops, audit vendors, and Porsche Germany. This role requires a high degree of technical, operational, and business competency because the coordinator is responsible for program compliance, determining corrective actions, and decisions involving significant investments in equipment, facilities, training, and vendor services. The coordinator will apply program standards with sound judgment, clear communication, and consistent follow-through to protect program integrity and support Porsche’s collision repair standards.

Percentage of required travel: Less than 10%

Schedule/Shift: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with flexibility as provided by corporate policy.

The salary range for this role is $66,000-$86,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
