Job summary

Pacific Air Forces in Hawaii seeks a first level supervisor to manage the Safety Directorate, directing a comprehensive mishap prevention program across PACAF, flight, occupational, and weapons safety, safety education, RM, and international engagements.

You will plan and direct safety activities at HQ PACAF, ensure compliance with regulations, and serve as the MAJCOM RM subject matter expert guiding risk allocation and coordination with AF RM processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-wing safety program across a major command.
• Technical and policy expertise in flight, weapons, and AFOSH safety programs.
• Strong RM program management and international engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct PACAF Safety Directorate activities.
• Advise COMPACAF on RM asset allocation and risk decisions.
• Serve as MAJCOM subject matter expert for RM and safety programs.
• Manage international safety engagements and partner-building initiatives.
