Green Bay Packers, Inc. and its subsidiaries is seeking a supervisory-level professional to oversee the Packers Athletic Club facilities, enhance member experience, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

The role requires detail orientation, strong time management, and critical thinking to uphold company standards and service quality. The position involves specific evening and weekend shifts with flexible weekday hours to cover a 16-hour window, and reports to the Facilities Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience or equivalent schooling in a related field.
• Working knowledge of computers, cleaning equipment, and communications.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with local codes for wet-area management and sanitary practices.
• Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Close the club according to PAC procedures.
• Plan and supervise work of facility operations part-time staff; train and communicate expectations; provide coaching.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met across the facility.
• Test and report on the aquatics area functioning.
• Maintain proper operation of fitness and recovery equipment.
• Ensure staff adherence to protocols and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate building upkeep and attend required meetings and functions.
• Evaluate employee performance and assist in developing staff goals.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a supervisory position responsible for ensuring the facility, customer experience, and cleanliness of the Packers Athletic Club meets company standards for member experience expectations. The position requires a keen sense of detail, strong time management, and critical thinking skills to deliver an outstanding member experience. This role has the tentative work schedule as listed below:

Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 10:15 p.m.

Saturday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Flexible weekday scheduling for remaining 16 hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Close the club according to PAC procedures


• Plan and supervise work of facility operations part time staff. Train and communicate job expectations, review completed projects. Provide coaching and corrective action to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.


• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of entire facility while on duty.


• Responsible for testing and reporting of aquatics area.


• Maintain and coordinate proper functioning of all fitness and recovery equipment


• Ensure all staff (facility operations, Concierge, Personal Training, etc.) are on task and following applicable protocols.


• Ensure Concierge staff deliver outstanding customer service and assist with member issues as needed.


• Manage general building upkeep.


• Attend all meetings, seminars, and functions as required.


• Evaluate employee performance and assist in developing staff goals


• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent


• 2 years supervisory experience or equivalent schooling in relative field


• Working knowledge of computers, cleaning equipment, and communications


• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations


• Basic familiarity with local codes and guidelines on managing wet areas, ensuring sanitary and safe for member use


• Must have excellent trouble shooting skills and be a team player

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to sit and remain focused for extended periods.


• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, climb, and walk most of your shift


• Frequently uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and printers.


• Exposed to disagreeable environment conditions including dirt, noise, extreme temperatures, heights, cramped workspaces, confined spaces, and areas or tasks where caution must be exercised to ensure safety.
