Job summary

Stillwater Area Public Schools in Minnesota is seeking a PAC Assistant (Opener) at the Pony Activity Center. The role opens the facility Monday through Friday and provides friendly customer service, answers member questions, and assists with equipment and facility setup.

You must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED. Benefits eligible; salary $18.21–$19.06 per hour, schedule 5:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience desirable: follow established procedures, greet the public, cooperate with instructors and staff, and perform dependable data entry.

Job Title: PAC Assistant (Opener)

Location: Stillwater Area High School - Pony Activity Center
The Pony Activity Center is open Monday - Thursdays5:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.,Fridays 5:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m., and Saturday & Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 5:15 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.

Salary: $18.21 - $19.06 per hour

Description:
The main objective of the Pony Activity Center building assistant opening lead is to ensure the Pony Activity Center is open and ready for members to use Monday-Friday. The building assistant openerwill be a go to for membership questions, equipment/facility setup, and any customer service related concerns or issues. This position is expected to provide excellent customer service andvisitor and instructor support to community members using the Pony Activity Center.
Experience Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its GED equivalent.
Desirable candidates will have:

• Ability to follow established procedures and protocols consistently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for greeting and assisting the public.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, instructors, and team members.
• Dependability and accuracy in clerical and data entry tasks.
