Job summary

Stillwater Area Public Schools in Minnesota is seeking a PAC Assistant (Opener) at the Pony Activity Center. The role opens the facility Monday through Friday and provides friendly customer service, answers member questions, and assists with equipment and facility setup.

You must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED. Benefits eligible; salary $18.21–$19.06 per hour, schedule 5:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience desirable: follow established procedures, greet the public, cooperate with instructors and staff, and perform dependable data entry.

Responsibilities

• Open the Pony Activity Center on weekdays and ensure the facility is ready for members.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer member questions, and assist with equipment/facility setup.
• Support instructors and staff and handle routine clerical tasks as needed.
