FACTA, LLC is seeking a Certified PAACO (Swine) Animal Welfare Auditor Contractor to conduct thorough audits of facilities, suppliers, and partners. The role emphasizes high standards of animal welfare, ethical practices, and detailed audit reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in animal production or welfare preferred.
  • At least five years of swine production or welfare experience.
  • Active PAACO Certification (Swine) required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook) required.
  • Ability to travel across the United States and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits at assigned facilities across the United States.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in all audits and audit reports.
  • Communicate with clients in preparation for audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to procedures.
  • Schedule audit-related travel and manage time/expenses.
  • Interact with management, producers and others as needed.
  • Work independently and meet deadlines with high-quality outputs.
