The role partners with Production Practices to audit member dairies on animal care, welfare, safety, environmental stewardship, and food safety, delivering reports and practical improvement recommendations.

• Prior animal auditing experience and certifications are valued but not required.
• Spanish language skills are highly valued and will enhance effectiveness when working with diverse operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production Practices to develop and support programs on animal care, welfare, safety, environmental stewardship, sustainability, and food safety.
• Conduct audits at member dairies, evaluate animal welfare standards, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Develop corrective action plans with dairy leadership and monitor implementation of improvements.
• Deliver training and educational support to dairy personnel as needed.
