You will supervise Program Directors and Recruiting Director, collaborate with Executives, and manage staffing, training and performance reviews. The role requires a Master’s in a Human Service field, 3–5 years of supervisory experience in human services, and willingness to travel 20–25% within PA.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Service or related field.
• 3-5 years supervisory/leadership experience in Human Services or Mental Health.
• Willingness to travel within Pennsylvania, 20-25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Program Directors and Recruiting Director by providing leadership to maximize department efficiency and administer personnel policies.
• Collaborate with other Directors including Executive, Marketing and Operations.
• Develop growth metrics approved by Ownership and Executive Director.
• Direct personnel activities of staff including hiring, training, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Educate staff in company processes to accomplish objectives and communicate expectations.
• Evaluate staff effectiveness and implement performance counseling or coaching as needed.
• Meet financial and operational goals by maximizing market penetration.
• Develop and maintain a business plan to meet budgeted goals and forecast requirements.
• Obtain additional business through calls to prospective and active clients.
• Monitor recruiting efforts and ensure timely filling of client needs.
• Conduct daily prioritization and bi-weekly progress meetings.
• Review billable hour expectations with Program Directors.
