Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director based in Bryn Mawr, PA, to lead our New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island operations.

The role focuses on growth, financial and operational performance, and managing 5 direct reports with 20-25% travel. Successful candidates will oversee staffing, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Executive and Operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of strong supervisory/leadership experience in Human Services, Mental Health or Autism-IDD.
• Willingness to travel 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Program Directors and provide leadership to maximize department efficiency and enforce personnel policies.

Since our inception, we have focused on in-home and in-community services that promote the healthy development of children, adults, and families through one-on-one behavioral and daily-living supports.

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is hiring a Regional Director to lead a small operation across New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Based in Bryn Mawr, PA, this role focuses on driving growth, meeting financial and operational goals, and managing 5 direct reports with 20-25% travel.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise Program Directors by providing leadership to maximize department efficiency by administering company personnel policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other Directors including Executive, Operations and Recruiting Director
• Developing growth metrics approved by Ownership and Executive Director
• Direct personnel activities of staff (hire, train, appraise, motivate, discipline, address complaints and resolve problems, leaves, work schedules and assignments) while maintaining employee relations
• Educate staff in company processes: initiate, coordinate, and enforce policies and procedures to accomplish team/office objectives and obtain staff results by communicating expectations
• Evaluate effectiveness of staff: recommend and implement necessary changes, performing personnel reviews or evaluations and documenting disciplinary and performance related counseling or coaching
• Responsible for meeting all financial and operational goals for the office or team by maximizing market penetration
• Develop and maintain a business plan sufficient to meet budgeted office or team goals. Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Obtain additional business through telephone and personal sales calls to prospective and active clients
• Monitor recruiting efforts, direct, and implement changes as needed to ensure timely filling of client needs
• Conduct daily prioritization and bi-weekly overview meeting to monitor progress on referrals
• Review daily weekly and monthly billable hour expectations with each Program Director

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred).
• Experience with startups, a plus
• 3-5 years of Strong Supervisory/ Leadership experience in Human Services, Mental Health or Autism-IDD.
• Willingness to travel 20-25%
