GENERAL SUMMARY

The Patient Access Scheduler reflects the mission, vision, and values of Amplify RCM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. This position reports to the Patient Access Manager.

This detail-oriented, patient-focused role is responsible for scheduling hospital outpatient services, patient information, and ensuring a seamless registration process. The ideal candidate will understand human anatomy, medical terminology, CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, and medical insurance. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast- paced environment.

• Schedule hospital outpatient services, including imaging, tests, therapy sessions, and other procedures.

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in hospital outpatient scheduling, patient registration, or a similar role preferred.

Benefits

The base compensation range for this position is:

$37,268.00 - $55,902.00

Compensation ranges could be hourly or salary depending upon the exempt status of the posted position.

Beginning compensation is determined based on objective factors such as location, qualifications, skills, certifications, and experience. Typically, a candidate is hired in the lower to midpoint of the range; the top end of the range is reserved for candidates with extensive specialized experience and mastery within the role. Compensation may increase over time based on performance, experience, and tenure.
