Job summary

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three years of experience planning, coordinating, and implementing complex programs, projects, or events.
  • Direct supervision experience is strongly preferred, with staff coaching and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement preclinical curriculum operations and activities with faculty and staff.
  • Prepare budgets and manage curriculum delivery expenses.
  • Coordinate communications with instructors, guest lecturers, and facilitators.
  • Liaise with educational vendors to procure materials and equipment.
  • Manage Canvas course sites and schedule student activities.
  • Oversee program calendars, onboarding, and event coordination.
  • Provide staff leadership and supervise administrative personnel and student workers.
