Job summary

A.T. Still University’s Central Coast Physician Assistant Program (ATSU-CCPA) seeks a full-time program manager on the San Luis Obispo campus to direct daily administrative operations, finances, and records for the CCPA.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent combination of Associate degree and senior-level administrative experience.
• Three to five years of related experience required; additional education may substitute for experience.
• Experience in business or academic office setting.
• Strong verbal communication and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases; strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations for the Central Coast Physician Assistant Program and support Department Chair.
• Coordinate admissions logistics, interviewing, and applicant tracking with Enrollment Services.
• Maintain confidentiality and organized digital record-keeping for personnel and student records.
• Manage program calendars, communications, and office supplies; assist with events and onboarding.
• Support accreditation activities and coordinate travel/expense reimbursements as needed.
