The City University of New York’s School of Medicine in Harlem seeks a Didactic/Clinical Coordinator for the Physician Assistant Program. The role entails instructional duties, administrative coordination, and supervising the didactic year and clerkships to ensure high-quality PA education.

The CUNY School of Medicine (CUNY SoM) located in the heart of Harlem, New York, is the only medical school in the City University of New York system and the only public medical school in Manhattan. Building upon 50 years of success as the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, the institution transitioned to the CUNY School of Medicine (SoM) in 2016. The CUNY SoM offers an accelerated BS/MD degree (7-year program) and a Physician Assistant Master’s Degree (28-month program). Under the direction of the Associate Dean/Program Director, the Didactic/Clinical Coordinator for the Physician Assistant (PA) Program will provide instruction in areas of expertise and perform related clinical, faculty, and administrative duties. The Didactic/Clinical Coordinator will be an experienced practitioner and educator who holds a full‑time position subject to annual reappointment. The individual will share responsibility for committee, program, and departmental assignments, including administrative, supervisory, and other related functions.
Additional responsibilities of the Didactic/Clinical Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
