Jobot is hiring a Director of Clinical Education - Physician Assistant Program in Texas for a hybrid/remote arrangement. The role focuses on leading clinical rotations and program development with a direct hire, permanent employment model.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree, NCCPA certification, a Board-certified PA license, and bring at least 3 years of clinical PA experience plus 3 years in leadership to drive program excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for the PA program.
• NCCPA Certification is required.
• Physician Assistant License - Board Certified is required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical PA experience plus 3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, expansion and maintenance of clinical rotation sites nationwide.
• Develop and provide ongoing management of the clinical portion of the program.
• Act as a liaison between the preceptor, student, and program.
• Provide continuous self-assessment and evaluation of the clinical portion per ARC-PA standards.
