Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the didactic phase of the PA curriculum.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop, implement, and evaluate courses.
• Ensure ARC-PA standards and program learning outcomes.
• Monitor student performance and remediation needs.
• Lead curriculum mapping, exam review, and quality improvement.
• Integrate active learning, clinical reasoning, interprofessional education, and simulation.
• Coordinate course schedules, lectures, and faculty assignments.
• Serve as primary resource for student questions regarding didactic learning.
• Teach and assess didactic courses; mentor PA students.
• Participate in admissions, faculty meetings, and program committees.
• Contribute to program assessment, accreditation, and self-study efforts.
• Engage in scholarly activity and professional development.
• Support mission to prepare PAs for diverse healthcare settings.
