Responsibilities
  1. Conduct an initial interview to determine the needs of the client. Introduce and clearly explain all available insurance policy options to the clients.
  2. Conduct field underwriting with utmost integrity.
  3. Ensure that all medical and other necessary forms are filled out and submitted.
  4. Arrange a payment method with the applicant.
  5. Follow up on claims filed by clients.
  6. Process all insurance policy requests.
  7. Follow up with clients on a scheduled basis for outstanding support.
  8. Establish and support team members to hit agreed upon KPIs.
  9. Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
  10. Follow approved guidelines, training, and support to recruit and train a team of insurance professionals.
  11. Maintain a competitive, fun, inclusive environment.
Qualifications

  5. Availability to start within a maximum of 6 weeks.
  6. Previous leadership experience a plus.

*Compensation is highly customizable and should be discussed directly with the onboarding manager.
