Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our busy Urgent Care team in New Braunfels, TX. The ideal candidate will have prior urgent care experience and a proven ability to manage patients independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment for patients with a wide range of urgent and non-emergent conditions

• Perform minor procedures, wound care, suturing, splinting, and other urgent care services

• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as X-rays and labs

• Collaborate with urgent care physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care

• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system

Qualifications

• Licensed PA in the state of Texas

• National certification (NCCPA)

• Previous urgent care experience required

• BLS and ACLS certifications

• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Schedule & Compensation

• 3 shifts per week, with rotating weekends
