OSF HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse for OSF OnCall Urgent Care. The role includes high-quality patient care, detailed record-keeping, and support for cost-conscious practice management.

The position requires flexibility to float among facilities and deliver patient-centered care. Qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Physician Assistant Studies, PA license and BLS, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Physician Assistant Studies required.
• Physician Assistant License and BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft software; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to OSF OnCall Urgent Care patients.
• Maintain full and current patient medical records and documentation of examinations and procedures.
• Assist OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining quality care.
• Deliver a personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients.
• Float to various facilities as needed.

Overview

The Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for: providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided. Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff. Exercising diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients. Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care. This position requires floating to various facilities.

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39-73.68

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Physician Assistant Studies


• License/Certifications: Physician Assistant License BLS


• Other Required Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the age of the patients served.
