OSF HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Family, Urgent or Emergency Medicine) to join our busy urgent care practice in Illinois. The role combines APP and physician collaboration with twelve-hour shifts and opportunities for extra shifts for additional pay.

This salaried position offers a comprehensive total rewards package and a competitive hourly base pay in the $60.39–$68.10 range, with strong work-life balance and no after-hours calls.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
• Certification by the ANCC or the NCCPA.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in urgent care or related field preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Expected pay for this position is $60.39 - $68.10/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

JOB SPECIFICS

• Busy urgent care practice seeks a Family, Urgent or Emergency Medicine APP to serve our well-established practice with a growing patient base.
• Practice model includes a combination of APP’s and physicians.
• A typical shift would be twelve hours. There are also opportunities to work extra shifts for additional pay if desired.
• Excellent work/life balance with no call, no afterhours and no follow-up

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
• Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in urgent care or a related field is preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
