Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the medical team at Calhoun Correctional Institution in Blountstown, Florida. The provider will assess, diagnose, and manage patient care under physician supervision, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a correctional setting.

Typical shifts are Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, FSA, CE

Qualifications

• Florida license required.
• ARNP/PA certification.
• DEA license or ability to obtain.
• CPR up to date.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnose, and manage medications for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver care in a correctional setting.
• Provide patient care under physician supervision and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
