Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Holmes Correctional Institution in Bonifay, FL. You will work under a physician in a correctional setting, conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and managing medications with a multidisciplinary team.

Available shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, holidays, FSA, CE benefits, and more.

Qualifications

• Florida license (or eligible) for practice.
• ARPN/PA certification required.
• DEA license or the ability to obtain one is required.
• CPR certification current.
• Must pass criminal background check and NPDB query.

Responsibilities

• Work under physician supervision in a correctional setting to deliver health care and manage patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support care plans.
• Perform patient assessments and diagnose conditions.
• Manage medications as part of treatment plans.

We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at the Holmes Correctional Institution located in Bonifay, Florida.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

Available Shift - M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
